It was a lonely night at the town of Gravity Falls. There were some people out, still, but countable. It looked so old yet so new due to the new faces he sees wherever he goes. He decided to have a drive, just drive and explore the town by himself. Taking notes of the buildings and the creatures that resided the town. He hummed together with the tune on the radio, purple hues scanning the streets with little amazement. He didn't notice he was driving a little fast, only to snap out of his little land of imagination when his car bump unto something.
Oh god, did... did he hit someone?
holy shit vale, i think you killed someone.
Quickly, he got out of his car and ran to aid the person. Or rather, creature. It had one horn and a white long hair. He pressed his fingers on his neck, checking for its pulse.

Where... was he?
Asenan felt like he was floating. Trying to remember how he'd gotten to this place. How he'd been exploring BDP's with others. Just vague strangers at this point, but it was common. A new set of adventurers, he'd been happy to help show the ropes. It was supposed to be an easy one, judging by the Laplace.net guage. Supposed to, and yet... Something had caught his eye. Something that stank of the void. He'd thrown the others out of the way without a second thought and then...
Was that where he was? This place... he needed to get out. Would Charles worry? Would he come back as one of those.. things? He could feel it, trying to change him. Reaching for him. By Mercala, please no. He didn't want to forget them all. His eyes cracked open, seeing only darkness at first. Then something else. Two flickering lights. Familiar. The spirits? They were here too? They were calling him, guiding as they'd always done. He struggled, reaching out, and he felt something change. The void... the air. It became different somehow, colder. He almost turned back. Even the poisoning was less uncomfortable. But he didn't. He pushed on and on after those two. Hoping, praying to every god he knew the name of...
THUD! His body hit the ground, and he groaned. Everything hurt, from head to toe. He'd never interacted with the void before, so perhaps he could count himself lucky this time. His eyes cracked open. He needed to move, in case he was back there. Taking a mental checklist.. thank goodness, he remembered everything. Had the spirits saved him? Had he become so fortunate? He heard them now, calling for him to stand. It was still dangerous, was it? He carefully pushed, ignoring the throbbing ache that reached right down to his core, until he was standing on his hooves once more. Clawed fingertips leaving the strangely smooth ground, and his eyes finally taking in his surroundings.
The white haired, one horned man froze at what he saw. Even with one eye covered by his knee length silver hair, he could tell he wasn't in any place he knew. This place was just.. too different. He gripped his axe out of caution. The buildings were abnormal in shape, blocky and cold. Shimmering lights were everywhere, yet they didn't move like natural firelight. It almost made him think of the magical lights of Karaten, but his home didn't have criss crossing threads of black stretching from pole to pole, or streets so smooth and dark. He looked up, stunned by everything. He could feel it in the air. This place.. where had the void taken him?
SCREEECH! He spun, but too late. Some metal beast slammed into him with so much force that even his instinctual bracing couldn't stop it. He flew back, rolling across the ground, immobile for a few moments. He'd been hit by plenty of sliding zombies, even thrown by ice giants, but this? This hit like some mixture of both. What manner of BDP was he in, that had such dangerous beasts? Something reached for his throat, and he rolled away, snapping his eyes open. Landing on his hooves, barely, with his weapon gripped. His body was in so much pain he could hardly stand, ready to collapse at any moment. Faint purple cracks on his hands and face, just a few thankfully. He would have to visit the church later...
Asenan paused. Seeing the 'threat' was not a threat at all, but some sort of human perhaps. He lowered his weapon, then noticed behind him. The metal beast that had assaulte him! He leapt into action, jumping between the human and the beast, axe raised. Saying nothing, but ready to fight. Only it... didn't charge. It just stood there, staring him down... Asenan stood steady for a solid minute or two before the pain crept in, his body gave out, and he collapsed. Concious, but weak.

It had a few cracks on his face and hands, he gripped on his axe tightly as it stared at him with cautiousness. Vale quickly raise his hands in the air, gesturing he meant no harm. His throat felt dry, slowly raising back to his feet. A few beats later, the creature decided to lower his axe, he didn't even knew he was holding his breath until he sighed in relief. However, the creature noticed his car behind him and jumped back, raising his axe once more. "Woah, hey wait!" he called out in worry. He held his weaponized hand firmly, "Calm down." he told him gentle, coaxing the creature a little.
Vale stood still, hand in on the creatures arm. After a minute or two, the creature collapsed back to the ground. He took the axe from his hand as he placed it behind him, slowly lowering the creature down. "Oh Christ..." he muttered under his breath as he inspect his body for further damage. He pressed his lips into a thin line as he look around the streets. It was empty. Good. He sighed quietly as ran back to the car, taking a water bottle out and running back to the wounded creature.
Crouching down, he slowly poured the water over his injury while the other hand glowed against the clothed skin. It was a soft glow, gently healing him. As the healing takes effect, the crack marks on the creatures hand and body should disappear. He smiled at the creature as soon as the process was done, placing the water bottle down against the dirt road and helped the creature sit up. "You feelin' okay?" he asked with worry.

The stranger was coaxing him. This beast... was it under his control? He'd seen plenty of beasts bribed with shiny coins of Murai to follow others. It shouldn't have surprised him if this one had been tamed as well. But it had lashed out at him, hadn't it? He was already on the ground, the man tending to him. Asenan felt his wounds tended to, closed. Even the void poisoning was eased. This magic.. was this man a priest of Mercala? It was the only magic he could think of that could tend to his wounds like this. He relaxed slowly. Mercalan priests were generally quite trustworthy as a whole. He'd never known a corrupt one.
His eyes cracked open. One ordinary, the other boasting a black sclera and an unearthly blue iris. The answer came in a quiet, weary nod as he struggled to sit up. Looking at the beast of metals with a caution. He'd never seen such a creature before. It must have been quite rare. He shook that thought off, looking to the man again, hair covering the eye of darkness once more. There was a long pause before he spoke, and when he did it was with a hoarse voice, barely a whisper, as if he couldn't quite raise it any louder without substantial difficulty.
"Thankyou."

His eyes were different, it reminded him of his old eyes. His voice was hoarse, the words were barely a whisper. But he heard it loud and clear. He gave him another smile, "No problem." he answered in a gentle tone before removing his hands around the creature. He looked back to his car, thinking if he should leave or bring him to the hospital. The guy looked in pain even though he helped him, "Do you remember where you live? I can take you there if you want?" he suggested with uncertainty.
shouldn't you bring him to the hospital first? he still kinda looks in pain.
Vale's eyebrows furrowed slightly before looking back to the creature. He had never seen creatures like him before, or was it perhaps another hybrid? Or another race? Well, whatever it is he still needs to be cautious. And judging the way he spoke, he probably have something by his throat? "Do you have something by your throat? Does it hurt?" he asked again. He actually doesn't know what to do, but hey at least the guy didn't attack him.

Where he lived? He wasn't sure if he had much of a place to call home, but he supposed there was one city. One that many an adventurer returned to. "Cellsvich... In Si...grogana..." He rubbed his throat lightly. The speech strained the old wound, but he shook his head at the concern, almost a little embarrassed by the way he turned his gaze. "It's.. an old... injury," he answered simply. The scars on his throat, hidden by the neck of his coat... They brought back such uncomfortable memories. He struggled to his hooves carefully, feeling a bit better. Looking around, finding his axe behind the man. What was it doing there? He reached for it, speaking again with that strained tone.
"I'll... be okay. If you... could just... tell me where... I am..?"

He furrowed his eyebrows even more, Cellsvich? Where the hell is that? Surely, it's not in United States nor in Canada. Perhaps in Europe? He should look it up soon. He felt his heart skipped a beat, shit did he stepped something bad? Triggered a bad memory? He didn't mean it, it was an accident. Vale watched him reach out for his axe, now that he was looking closely, the creature had hooves. He snapped when he asked, "You're in Gravity Falls, Oregon." he told him as he stood up and dust his pants off.
i don't think he lives here, he looks different.
Vale placed his hand on his hip while the other reached out to the creature, "Here." he offered politely before asking another question. "What's your name?"

Oregan? He stared in confusion, blinking slowly. He must have gone pretty far. He'd never heard of such a place, though it sounded similar to one he knew. Still, this looked nothing like it. "Oniga... you mean?" He tilted his head, looking around. No, definitely not Oregan. "I've never... heard of this... place... Gravity... Falls." It sounded like a Common name. But that made no sense. He'd been to Oniga, and this place was vastly different by comparison. His head was spinning with confusion, but he peered at the hand, hesitantly accepting it.
"Asenan..." The axe was hooked to his back, the dangerous looking weapon sheathed in exchange for the handshake. "Your um.. beast.." He nodded to the metal creature behind them. "Is it... alright?" Not so much a concern for its well being, but rather its mental state. "I've... never seen... one like it... What sort of... BDP did you... find it in?" He was trying for conversation it seemed, though the light bit of coughing that followed made it clear that conversation was difficult for numerous reasons.

what the fuck is Oniga?
Vale shakes his head, "N... No, Oregon. Ore-gon." he pronounced slowly, scratching the back of his neck. "It's a town. Gravity Falls, I mean." he cleared out as he place his other hand to his hip, letting the creature go. "Asenan. Got it." he repeated with a small nod. He looked over his car, and began asking if it was alright. He gave him a confused look, "Uh, no, no. It's a vehicle, a car to be exact. It can't feel anything." he answered as he walked over it and sat down to the hood. Showing him that it felt nothing, or showed any significant emotions.
BDP? Just where did this guy live? Is he high or was he just messing with him? "I bought it." he gave him a simple answer. "What's BDP?" he asked back, loosely crossing his arms over his chest.

It wasn't alive? Some sort of tool perhaps? He blinked, following, even giving it a slight thump of his own to be sure. "Is it.. Karaten made?" He gave the man a curious, slightly wide eyed stare. It must have been a rather expensive piece of new magical technology. This man must have been a noble of some sorts to afford it. Still, he'd grown up in Karaten, and this place wasn't anywhere on the continent of Kysei that he knew. He shook his head, still unfamiliar with the town name. What a peculiar place. Perhaps it was a more secluded location of Kysei? He would think he would've heard of it though, considering... "A... Kah...Kah...urr..?"
"You... what?" EVERYONE knew what BDP's were, for the most part. This man had no wings, no claws. He couldn't have been a Papillion or a Shaitan then. So how could he have not known what they were? "Black.. door... phenomenon... The... the dungeons?" He gave the man a deep stare, searching for recognition. Finding none. His heart sank. Was he still in the void? Was it messing with his head? He pushed that terrifying thought aside. But it bothered him. This man couldn't have not known about them, considering his wealth. It just didn't make any sense.

Vale tilted his head to his side. What the hell is Karaten? What the hell are those things? "No, no, it's..." he trailed off, trying to find the right words. "I guess it was made by BMW?" he questioned, scratching his scalp from the sudden confusion. Then he shook his head again, "Car. It's an automobile that is commonly used for transportation. You've never seen a car before?" he asked him, giving him a confuse look. Although, it was the creatures turn to be confuse. Black Door Phenomenon? Dungeons? What the hell is that? Is this guy into some weird kinky stuff?
don't start asking me, i'm as confuse as you.
He hummed in a confuse tone, "I'm sorry, but I don't really know what you are talking about." he was tempted to leave. Back his car and just run away but at the same time, he wanted to help him. But to do that he needs to know where he really came from. Clearly, from the names that he had been spewing out, the way he looked, he wasn't from here. "Where are you from, really? You're..." he paused, standing up as he uncross his arms. "Are you really from here?" he asked as he furrowed his eyebrows, trying to grip the creature's reality.

BMW? Was it like Asago, a corperation of some kind? He shook his head, bewhildered, eyes wide. He spoke as if cars were so common. What next, was he going to say he owned one of the fabled airships? He felt his stomach drop at the questions. Shaking his head again, briefly mute, his expression worried. "I'm... from Cellsvich..." He rubbed his throat, started coughing with a wince. "I... I was in... a BDP... at the core... but there was... a tear... I believe it... was a tear into... the Void... I fell in..." He gave the man a painful look. "Where.. am I?" He was so... lost. "I've never.. h-heard of... this place... Is it.. on Kysei?" He searched for some hope, but no. This place wasn't, was it? Then what strange land was he in? He rubbed his head. "By Mercala... I don't... I don't under...stand...." He started coughing again, much harsher this time. Gripping his throat, he closed his eyes as the strain of events and the confusion overwhelmed him.

Shit. Did he upset him, he shook his head. What if he was... The way he looked at him. He was heartbroken, confused, worried and lost. He tried to explain how everything happened before he started coughing. Holding his throat and wincing in pain, he reached out to him out of instinct. He gave him a pitiful look, placing his hands on his shoulders gently. "I..." he took a deep breath, ready to spill the truth. "No, this isn't... Kysei, or Cellsvich... I don't think... You're in your world right now..." he tried to explain. How is this possible? Coming from another different world. Wait... Hun... Hun came from another world too, was it the same as him?
should we leave him?
Vale shook his head, no he can't just leave him, not like this. "You're in United States, Oregon. In the small town of Gravity Falls." he explained again, but slowly. He placed his hand over his hand that was on his throat, giving it a firm yet gentle grip to it. "Look... I'm... sorry. I'm sorry for what happened to you... I get that you're confuse right now. Do... Do you know how to get back?" he asked him gently, peering over to look at him in the eyes.

A shake of his head. Another world? How was it possible? Certainly BDPs were theorized to be doorways to other worlds, but nothing like this. He looked back. These unfamiliar names washing over him, showing in his eyes just how lost and confused he was as none of them sparked any recognition. His shoulders sank, and his head shook again. "I d-don't... practice Void... magic. I... Wouldn't even... know where to... begin. And I don't... think... even then... that this is... regular." If it was, he was sure such knowledge would've leaked eventually. The power of this technology would have long since been abused by someone.
His body sagged. Charles. That boy... what now? Where was he supposed to go... he sagged, suddenly exhausted. At least he wasn't alone. He could feel them, those spirits that only those blessed with the ability to see such rememnents could sense. Those two that lingered with him, one white, one black. How they tried to comfort him. But even they couldn't commune an answer for his predicament...

Void Magic? Is that how he classify it? He sighed heavily, letting him go slowly as he scratch the back of his head. What now? Knowing that he wasn't from here, from this world that he lives in, he can't just leave him all alone here. What if someone takes him and take advantage of him? Like those Midas people. Then, an idea came to him, although he wasn't sure if Asanen here would like or entertain the idea. "Look, I'll try and help you out, okay? If you want, you can come with me and probably stay with me for a little while until we figure it out?" he asked him, slowly soaking him up with his crazy idea.
are you sure about this? won't he get mad at you?
He bit his bottom lip. Before running his hand over his hair, he took his phone out and dialed a number before turning his back. "Hey, uhh, it's me... About that small apartment... yeah, is it available?... Yeah, something came up... Really?... Thanks! Oh man, this means a lot to me. I'll be there in an hour or so. Bye." he pocketed his phone to his jeans and turn his head to him. "Come on, I know a place you can stay." he told him before going over to the front door, opening it for him. "Over here." he called him out.
