A small extremely hick house looking building with 1 story filled with old style bookshelves. Various documents about the town and the town's history is stored here, if one looks closely under earliest years of the town they'll find mention of witchcraft and witchcraft artifacts. Finally, there is now a big hole in the library with yellow "do not enter" tape around it. This hole has been emptied out leaving a mysterious puzzle door.
